Change happens. Always. Change is our driving force. Consciously or unconsciously. No change means not only stagnation, but regression. But change requires also to amend the rules. What has been right in the past, does not need to be the right approach for today.

Our company mission statement reflects on three relevant options in a change environment: „Take it“ - we accept the situation as is. „Change it“ - we see a need and a fair chance for change and - finally - „leave it“ - we exit the situation. Whatever the decision may be, in the end it means: If we do not manage our future, someone else will.
